Trump Tower Jeddah is a modern 47-storey skyscraper located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, offering a new standard of upscale urban living on the Red Sea coast.

Jeddah is the economic capital and the second-largest city of Saudi Arabia, known for its strategic location along the Red Sea and its role as a key commercial and lifestyle hub.

The project is designed by the renowned architectural firm Gensler Architects, recognized for creating iconic landmarks such as Shanghai Tower and 110 The Queen’s Walk in London.

The development features a collection of elegant residences, including apartments with one to four bedrooms and penthouses with three to four bedrooms, all complemented by spacious terraces with panoramic views of the Red Sea.

The project offers a flexible payment plan: 20% down payment, 70% during construction, and 10% upon completion. The tower is scheduled for completion in Q4 2029.
